MF-89 - Technical data sheet
Powerful concentrated cleaner specially designed for cleaning kiln dryers.
Product specifically designed for the rapid removal of creosote and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced by high-temperature kiln drying.
Leaves much cleaner and efficient kiln dryers by optimizing the refraction of heat in your kilns.
N.B.: MF-44 ATO-MIC easily cleans the outside of wood dryers.
N.B.: MF-229 PRO-MIC easily cleans galvanized and rust streaks or stains.
Uses
- Lumber or wood dryers
- Creosote inside chimneys
- Can be used directly from the container or with high-pressure cleaning devices
- Alcaline product
Advantages
- Apply MF-89 to surfaces one square meter at a time
- Let MF-89 stand 5 to 10 minutes while brushing lightly
- Rinse generously and repeat if necessary
Instructions
- Apply the MF-89 to a surface of one meter at a time
- Allow the MF-89 to work for 5 to 10 minutes while lightly brushing
- Rinse thoroughly with water, repeat if necessary
For large amounts of creosote accumulation :
- Use MF-89 concentrated
Regular maintenance :
- Dilute 1 part MF-89 with 1 part water
Warning
- Always perform a compatibility test on a hidden surface before using
- Do not use concentrated product on aluminum or copper surfaces
- Do not use on motor heads
- Keep from freezing
- Alkaline product
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not spray on plastic or chrome, including any delicate surface
- Use in a well ventilated area
- Wearing impervious protective clothing and/or rubber apron, gloves and goggles is recommended
- If contact with eyes or skin flush with cold running water for at least 15 minutes
- Seek immediate medical attention
