Base compound mainly used in the manufacture of handmade soap.
NaOH or Sodium hydroxyde, also called caustic soda used in unblocking pipes, cleaning agent and neutralisation agent (acid neutralizer).

Advantages

Warning
- Caustic soda reacts violently with acid and certain metals
- Soda is an irritating and corrosive to the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal track, eyes and the skin
- Always perform a test on on an inconspicuous spot before using
- Clean walls from the bottom up
- Keep from freezing
- Keep out of reach of children
- Use in a well ventilated area
- Wearing gloves and goggles is recommended
- If contact with eyes, rinse with cold water for at least 15 minutes
- Seek immediate medical attention
